1. Zero Retention Policy

We take a minimalist approach to data. When you use the Load Calculator, the values you input (square footage, appliance choices) are processed locally in your browser or ephemerally on our servers to render the result. We do not store your home's electrical profile in a persistent database linked to your identity.

2. Analytics

We use anonymous telemetry (like Google Analytics) to understand system usage—e.g., "How many users calculated loads > 200A?". This helps us improve the algorithm. No personally identifiable information (PII) is attached to these metrics.

3. Third-Party Links

If you choose to use a "Find an Electrician" feature, you may be redirected to a partner network. Their privacy policies will govern any data you submit to them directly.
